NO PAST PARTICIPATION IN ANY TYPE OF MARKET RESEARCH STUDY IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS

Current Club Membership shopper

Must show membership card with your name on it

Limit one person per household or family

Must be physically present to participate

**Word from MRD office is they double check their records for past participation. If anyone responds who has participated in a study during the past 6 months, those names will have DNR beside their name meaning Do NOT Recruit!

Study calls are made between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm central standard time week days to ask some additional questions over the telephone. If you did not receive a phone call back, then it will either be because either your age group was already full or your answers did not pre qualify to participate.
