Club Quarters is a private hotel chain designed for the business traveler. We have just completed a transition from a brick and mortar call center to a fully remote (work at home) central reservations center and have several PT positions available.

As a Club Quarters employee, you will work with our members to make reservations as well as address all of their concerns in a comprehensive and expedient manner. You must be able to multi-task during calls by building a relationship with the member, navigating computer systems to find their information, and determining their needs simultaneously. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on quality and attaining all required performance metrics.

In addition to an excellent hourly rate, as a Club Quarters employee, you'll receive 7 complimentary nights in any of our CQ locations.

As a work at home agent, you must provide an office like environment and high speed internet, we provide all equipment necessary including PC, VPN box, and phone.

PT hourly rate is $12.50
