POSITION: Home Shop CASUAL COORDINATOR--ON CALL

LOCATION: Based out of Department #988 (work from home)

DESCRIPTION: The Home Shop Casual Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers by placing their orders on the computer and inputting service requests. This job is an ON-CALL position that is not eligible for any benefits such as vacation pay, sick pay, medical or dental insurance. You must be available between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and expect to work from zero to 10 hours per week.

Requirements

BACKGROUND/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Retail customer service and/or telemarketing experience is preferred
  • Must have a high speed internet connection with a minimum of 1.5 mbps and have a dedicated phone line
  • Must have a professional home working environment
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Windows
  • Must have knowledge of grocery and produce products, cooking, floral and/or even planning experience
