PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recipe editors apply food knowledge, knowledge of Japan, and a passion for food and accuracy to publish content to the web.

• Edits , translates and publishes recipes
• Localizes content, ingredients, measurements and vocabulary for Japanese audience
• Categorizes recipes
• Performs recipe and food-related research

QUALIFICATIONS

•• Bilingual in Japanese and English.
• Must have thorough experiential knowledge of Japanese lifestyle, cuisine, metrics, and cooking terms
• Experienced in home and/or industry cooking
• High attention to detail
• Excellent writing and editing techniques.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks both independently and in a team setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Experience using Internet for research
• Culinary degree or food industry experience; excellent grammar skills
• Lawfully permitted to work in the U.S.
